Our logistics network is composed and selected on the basis of our years of experience with our fixed charters and consists of a modern transport fleet (Euro V and Euro VI engines) that meet the current requirements with qualified and skilled drivers. Loadingsecuring regulations are closely followed with the necessary materials such as anti-slip mats and the correct straps. The vehicles are equipped with modern communication options such as on-board computers (GPRS), mobile telephones (GPS) with “tracking and tracing” so that follow up can be made quickly in case of deviations from the shipment. The shipments are regularly evaluated with customers and transporters, by which the processes and quality are tested and further safeguarded. By exchanging of experiences personally, the relationship with the carrier is further expanded and guarantees optimal cooperation.
Our short lines of communication within our logistics network ensure an adequate and quick information supply to our customers. In case of calamities, the parties involved are informed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the procedures prior discussed are put into effect and followed up further.
